COVID-19 Updates

At Northwood Animal Hospital we are taking measures to protect our clients and their pets by extensively disinfecting all areas of the hospital and instructing any employees showing symptoms to stay home. We are now also taking the following precautions to reduce exposure and face-to-face contact as much as possible while still providing the care your pets need:

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call our hospital number (949) 559-1992 to notify us you are here
  • At that time a receptionist will obtain your pet’s history and any pertinent information you would like the doctor to know
  • A technician will then come out to get your pet and bring him/her in for the doctor to examine
  • The doctor will call you with a treatment plan and, with your authorization, we will perform the necessary treatments before returning your pet to you in your car.

With COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations rapidly changing, we will do everything we can to continue to protect our clients and our team. Additionally, we will provide updates as soon as any changes are implemented.
